Data Processing in the USA

1. Does telli process data in the USA?

   With telli, we offer two hosting options: (1) The first option is full EU hosting, where both telli and all sub-service providers are hosted exclusively within the EU. (2) With the second option, telli's core services are hosted in the EU, while some sub-service providers offer their services in the USA.

   If personal data is transferred to the USA, sub-service providers are either certified under the EU Data Privacy Framework or the transfer occurs exclusively using European Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) to ensure data protection according to strict GDPR requirements. Furthermore, we've agreed with our sub-service providers that data will not be used for training purposes.
